Pricing questions answered

We can discuss payment plans for larger builds. Get in touch and we'll find a payment structure that works for your budget.

We aim to keep prices stable. If we ever need to increase hosting prices, we give at least 30 days' written notice. We never spring hidden increases on renewal.

Small changes within the first 30 days are included in all build packages. After that, you can either request ad-hoc changes (billed hourly) or add a care plan which includes a monthly content change allowance.

Hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. For website builds, we work to a clear project agreement — if we haven't started work, a refund is straightforward. Contact us to discuss.
